Before you sign up for any AI tool for your business, ask three questions out loud: Where does my customers' information actually live? Are you training on my data? And if I leave in a year, do I take my data with me? You don't need to be technical — you just need to be informed. A good vendor answers all three plainly. A vague answer is an answer too.
